Try some PB Blaster or equivalent penetrant oil?

It can be done, it's just really difficult, especially the top one. You need a few extensions and a beefy contortionist. Some penetrating lube would help too.

Penetrating lube is overrated in my experiences.

One method always works, no matter what.

Get a 2 foot long pipe that will just fit over your rachet, slide it over, and pull at the very end. Leverage is your friend. Either you will crack the bolt loose, or snap it.

Or, use a breaker bar and you get to keep all of your teef. ;)

Actually, I've found that PB Blaster (dirt cheap) and a breaker bar have solved all of my stubborn bolt problems.
