Because of the shift linkage difference? I find that hard to believe though, I see lifted Frontier autos all the time.

I'm wonderin the same thing, i just bought a 93 4x4 automatic. So are there any lift kits that will work, body lift or suspension?

I would try asking/searching over at nissanoffroad.net, I feel like I remember reading a discussion about this over there.

for suspension on a 4x4; add-a-leaf or 2wd springs in the back and a torsion crank in the front. make sure to have the alignment done after though.
