Cant hand crank the engine....

Well i got my front clip in about a week ago I recently just got it in and hooked up but tried to hand crank the crank and the thing wouldnt budge.... so I soaked that nut in some PB Blaster and left it overnight came back out the next day tried it again and nothing....I tried it with the CAS out and still nothing. The only thing I can think it would be is when I replaced my clutch I only had a limited amount of cash and just bought a ACT 6-Puck. The Fywheel was in almost perfect shape and the pressure plate was flawless... I then realized I didnt have a clutch alignment tool which is found in the Clutch Kit...So i made a few phone calls and had a couple of people tell me you really dont need it and just to line it up by eye and put the spline in and bolt the transmission back up....I also didnt replace the throw out bearing which I know was there but didnt inspect nor did I regrease or anything whatsoever to it. My question is would me not using a clutch alignment tool prevent me being able to hand crank my engine.... and did I really mess up not buying a new throw out bearing? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

if your in neutral, and you can't turn the crank pulley by hand, the engine is seized. not good. send the thing back and get another if you can. if you can't, time for a rebuild i guess. where did you get the clip from? did you not try to start it up before you pulled it?

yea.....sounds seizd.... did you try hadn turning it while it was out of the bay??
