cant get timing right on my 89 coupe help!!

any help would be greatly appreciated if all marks are lined up what else is left to do? my car won't start someone said my oil pump could be in wrong but if it was wouldn't it not pump oil to the head?

if the car won't start, the first things to do are to make sure it is getting fuel and spark. You can't really start to adjust the timing untill after it is runing.
