Cant get damn pedal assembly out

Hello everyone. Im a new member here. I just bought an 08 rogue

Ive searched online and did couple search here ans couldnt find stright forward info on what i was lookin for

So this morning. I went out to my car started her up to let it warm up. Blower was working properly, came inside. I then later got back in to head to work. Noticed the blower is running slower then usual on high. :/ so i continued my journy to work.

After work tonight i went out to warm it up again. Blower was working like crap right from thr getgo, so she ran for 10 min. Got into the car headed on my way home. I figured i wouls just try to turn the fan off then back on to see what happens. Well it didnt turn back on... Thank god for the heated seats. Had to drive home with the windows dowm so she didnt fog up its -27c here (-17 ish f) i cam home. Checked all the relays and fuses. They are all fine. So i did more research. I began to take the pedal assembly out so i could get to the pwm circut and blower., i got the pedals all unbolted. But could get the damn assembly out because of this stupid knub at the top of the assmebly. I try few things but i didnt want to force it.. Also im doing this outside in my driveway cuz i dont have a garage. And its coooldd haha

Im lost on how to get it out. I was hoping to atleast to get the to blower so i can just get power to it so i can have some sort of air in the am. But yeahh didnt go well lol

Could someone plz help shed some light on the issue im working with here please and thank you

well figured it out this morning, i couldnt see the bolts for the bar infront of pedal assembly,

i was online this morning and i was looking at a circut diagram, and if the circut needs to be replace , it seems i could jump the red and black wire and just have full blower speed untill i repair or get the replacment part, its gonna -30 all week so i need heat,, any one have tried this before? thank you
