Cant find the fuel temp sensor!! Help!!

I have a jdm vg30de.... Da ecu shows code 42 which is da fuel temp sensor, i cant find it!!!i Looked 4 it between the intake runners for cylinders 2 and 4, on the driver’s side of the engine bar, where my old engine had it. Maybe jdm engine doesnt have it??

JDM's have it, mine 91 does. What year engine? Possible they deleted it with the newer years. Is there a plugged hole where it used to be? Have you checked on the other side?

Im not sure of the year but it does have differnt injector connections, so im guessing its 94+.... I checked everywhere around da fuel rail but nothing

I have seen J30 fuel rails with both a untapped bung and another with nothing at all.

Currently I have a z32 PCM in one of those J30s running great with no engine light but shows code 42 when scanned.
