Cant figure it out tcs, slip lights

im still having the same issue,

I went back to the stock NGK spark plugs, but still am getting some rough idiling and then the TCS and Slip light come on, it doesnt happen often, but once in a while and the engine runs rough until I stop and turn it off then restart later.

any info would be very much appreciated, ive checked my MAF connection like someone suggested.
