ive done research and understand the different spring stiffness and everything but i cant decide on which BOV i want i have it down to greddy type r or a tial any opinions?

They're both good it's what you want man. Personally I would go with the greddy type r

Go with the HKS SSQV . It self adjustable and sounds the best.

I'm running hsqv and love it! Itdoesnt sound like a Subaru sneazing! . If you plan on running more than like 23 psi go greedy.
