First try some WD40 in the lock, outside cylinders can get some remarkable crud buildup when they don't get used for years. If that frees it up, chase the WD40 with some Brakleen and then follow it with graphite lock lube.
Nissan can't sell you a coded lock, but on most older models a smithy can recode the tumblers to avoid having two keys. You might want to discuss that with a knowledgeable smith if you can't save the existing cylinder.
