I have a cannon intake manifold and thermostat housing that was included in this dual weber side drafts conversion kit. Upon attempting to install the OEM coolant temperature sensor probe, we found out that the probe was too big. Does anyone know if I would need to replace the probe or did I simply get the wrong thermostat housing?

Yeah so far no answer to this issue. I have now contacted a billet machine shop and they want to see the housing and see if drill and rethread is possible. Wish me luck!

I don't have a lot of info regarding the dual carb setups. I do know that I have heard of others having water related issues, which makes me think it needs to be modified. Let's see if we can figure it out.

Yeah. the probe for this set up opens at a lower temp as the engine would run hotter. Can't say at what temp it opens or where to get it tho.
