Candy Apple Red vert...

So im doing some SERIOUS thinking on re painting my car

(yes i know its a b****)

but i found out im able to use a pro spray oven from a friend to do the finish all

i gotta do myself is the prep work and pay for supplies i have a cousin who's pretty good at detailed work ive seen him paint bumpers and he did my engine bay during my SR swap.

anyone got any advice

IF this does happend i'll take pics and do a write up (of course)

i'n in your shoe right now... i was also thinking of the color candy apple red on my vert. I believe that it may be expensive for that color..keep us posted for the new paint job.

I'm pulling my car completely down and media blasting the entire shell and repainting and undercoating the car. My advice to you is that if you don't go this far, make sure you pay close attention to "trimming" your car out, ie door jams, truck area, and so on, the final touches like that make or break a paint job IMO and it separates the good jobs from the hack jobs.

i know man. i get you. thats why i was thinking of a similar color to candy apple red, so it won't be so expensive. maybe like a 800 to 1,000 paint job.Not Macco!!! i'll be ready when i put my sivia front on.

I'm in the process of getting my car painted also, I'm gonna do it starfire white pearl, will post pics soon.That candy apple red is an awsome color, cant wait to see the finished product.

When I get ready to paint mine im going with championship white like the integra type-r but I trying to find a s13 front clip with all the body panels so I can do it all at once. Do you guys know any places that sell front clips with the motor and body panels?

as soon as i figure exatily how much its gonna cost me to re cover the rust spots and how much paint is gonna cost

imma grap my part out hatch (LONG STORY) and peice by peice replace and sand.... that way i can keep my vert in commision for as long as possable
