I'm close, but not that close haha there are many of us in Alberta, all throughout but mainly Calgary and Edmonton. There is one guy, I cant remember his name entirely, "SLE..." or something that's in your area, has 4 Z cars. He is a rig manager for CanElson drilling though so probably won't see him around.

Yeah i flew into Calgary. I had a 6 hour layover at the airport there. I just wanna get something sideways sometime soon. The people I'm staying with have a 800 4-wheeler so i get a little nuts on that thing to pass the time. I'll be coming back through Calgary on my flight home but I won't have much of a layover there, like 45 minutes or so. 9 and a half hours is a pretty dang far drive. lol

I can back addicted up on the women comment. There are more smoking hot women in the highest concentration that I have seen anywhere. It's unbelievable. On another note quality if life is higher, but everything is 20-40% more expensive which pisses me off.

Ya haha our women are babes guys, the ratio in Alberta is just stupid, they know there is money here so all the 10's flock here looking for their sugar daddys. Something about seeing dirty blondes and brunettes in jacked up $90k trucks every corner you turn around (no joke!) that makes a man just smile hahah :dblthumb: More 1 ton jacked up crew cab diesel trucks here <2 years old then anywhere else I would say.
And ya, pitchers of rum and cokes, getcha tipsy in a hurry boys.

Hahah no it hasn't directly, but our entire division was shut down as our northern district servers are powered out of Calgary. No work for the past week or two but its picking back up. Edmonton was getting hot pretty hard too, thought it was going to turn into Calgary for a little while. Crazy how much it flooded there, had the zoo animals inside city hall and the saddle dome (Calgary Flames rink) was under water up to the 14th row!!

Yeah that's what I heard, We've been keeping an eye on it seeing and the South Saskatchewan River is about half a mile away here. It doesn't look like it's going to effect us. I think I'm going to Edmonton the middle of next month, but I'm not sure on that. All this flooding reminds me of how bad it was in Nashville a few years back. 30 miles away in Lebanon we were canoeing around the city square and over top of cars.

I still can't believe how bad the mosquitoes and ticks are up here, they freaking attempt to carry you away every time you step outside. It's nuts.

Yeah, so far i haven't found the good part yet. Just the other two. Except at the airport when I flew in, there were some fine ladies there. I just couldn't get any to follow me here. I'm kinda in the middle of nowhere to be honest.
