If you're in Canada and planing to buy or lease a 2023 Rogue below is some info.
that you should be aware of :
When you visit the Nissan Canada web site & click on vehicles, and SUVs, you will see a listing
on your right for the 2023 Rogue. Clicking on that will bring you to the very well done intro to
the features and sales pitch on the 2023 Rogue.
As you scroll thru to see the various features and possibly compare the various trim levels, you
will no doubt think that you're looking at an on-line version of the 2023 Brochure - NOT SO.
It appears that it has not yet been produced.
What you are seeing is the Brochure for the 2022 model year and there are some changes that
may or may not surprise you. For example, the 2022 model, SL trim comes with fog lights.
The 2023 does not - they moved them over to the Platinum Edition. My dealer has 2 SLs on
their lot & another in the showroom - none of all 3 have fog lights.
When I inquired I was told that you could get them as an accessories for $399 + dealer install costs.
And they would not change out the stalk - rather just put a toggle switch in the lower panel.
There may be other differences or discrepancies that you might want to watch out for.
If you try to download the brochure for the 2023 the system just goes into a loop & wait mode.
You can give your mailing address (which I did) but I think it will take longer to arrive than the vehicle.
Also, the $500 loyalty discount that I always got turns out to be $434 - not $500 - they deduct for tax.
My dealership suggests a wait time of 2 to 3 months. I know a person who ordered in Feb. with a
delivery date in May - he eventually got it in July - 6 months later.
I mentioned the vehicle being produced in Tennessee & the dealer told me that the SV and higher
trims were produced in Japan. Right or wrong ? I don't know.
Just for reference, VINs that start with 1,4 or 5 are made in the US - Japan ones start with a J.
Not sure what the reality is with the Nissan USA site but I suspect you'll also not be looking
at the info for the 2023 model year.
Hope this is of some help to other members.
