Canadian Coupe's Engine Block Heater???

I opened the little panel on the front bumper to check for the engine block heater and there was no plug in. Do you have to fish the plug through or is my block heater missing?

I found the plug of my block heather on the right side of the engine compartement, just check near the windshield washer tank you should see a bunch of wire pull it and you will see the plug.

Hi all, this is my first post.

I found the block heater cord. What I haven't figured out is a good way to string the cord through the front (possibly through the grille?) so that I can plug the cord into the extension cord without having to open the hood each time I need to use it.

Winter's over, so I don't need it again until next winter. A reply by October would be appreciated!
