canada vs. USA

ok the us spec coupes dont have drl and the canada ones do...... i want them.... how ? would it just be a realy or different bulbs.

please help.

I think it's a bit more complicated than that, but why do you want them? I don't drive with just my DRLs on anyway - I have my full light package on at all times, including fogs, for maximum visibility. That's the intent of DRLs in the first place - I just go one step further - no one can ever say they didn't see me.
