You can convert an active Q to a standard suspension. There's an actual kit.

You can convert a standard suspension Q to VIP.

So, you should be able to convert an active to a "VIP set-up".

Re-habbing or converting the active will be expensive either way you go.

Good luck

Yea all joking aside, with the money you would spend doing all this, that is why I said just start with a Y33

Uhhhhhhhh.....Fail......You cannot VIP anything you want. I don't even want this debate to start but the answer is no you cant.....trust me.

As far as the G50 its my favorite personally....but only in a long wheel base with the president conversion. I've always like them and i think they make great VIP platforms. I wouldn't start with an active sus g50 however. I don't remember all that it takes to convert them. In reality if you're gonna keep it, you have to address the non functioning active anyway. The last time I checked it was about the same to convert it. If that's right then it may make sense to do the conversion and jump off from there.

BTW if you're in Memphis you need to roll to nashville sometime to hang out. and you should definitely consider rolling to ATL in april to our ImportAlliance Spring Meet.

I like Nashville. I almost moved there. Thanks for the advice. I love this car. For being a former hood car, It still runs strong I just wanted to try this out.

rasrx7 lowered one or two of his active q's with a datasystems controller.

as far as the g50, i wouldn't trade it for any y33 on earth (even with all the issues). y32 probably. y34 maybe.

and all this "vip this/that" talk is so '07. stop reciting what you heard someone else say 3 years ago. it's a new decade.
