CAN YOU TAKE OFF THE WATERPUMP WITHOUT TAKING OFF CRANK PULL

I cant get the crank pulley to budge, have to get the waterpump out, Is there a way?

Yes, unbolt the bottom timing cover (the metal one) and move it out of the way, you should be able to get to all the bolts.
