can you remove the turbo coolent line.

i went to a shop to see how much it was to get braided lines made and the guy said i can just plug the hole on the block with a bolt and it would be fine. is that possible??

No dont do that, unless you like to seize up parts. That turbo needs to be water coolled.

Buy the circuit sports S/S braided lines, they fit right on.

Braided coolant line are for looks. You can go to any car parts store and get steel line if you don't want to run rubber hose. There is reason the coolant runs through there.

Actually Stainless steel braided lines are not just for looks. They offer an easier way to install/remove your turbo lines.....Steel lines (OEM) bend and kink too easily...whereas stainless steel braided lines are flexible and do not kink, they also offer good protection as well. Worth the money IMO.

turbos that are designed to be watercooled should always be watercooled

You have a na block. I know because my motor was pieced together using a n/a block and the coolant hole was never tapped in. It's possible to run your turbo without the coolant hooked up, but you'll either need a turbo timer or you'll have to sit in your car for a few minutes after you drive.
