Can you pass smog by bypassing the bpt valve?

I'm not getting enough exhaust back pressure to open bpt valve so I was thinking of connecting the egr solenoid vacuum directly to the egr valve. the bpt seems a bit redundant.

thatll open the egr all the way i wouldnt try drivin around like that tho
