Can you identify this steering wheel?

A guy was selling a 330mm one for less than $200 shipped on another site, but it already sold, of course. I'd like to know who makes it, and, if possible, a link to where they can be found. The guy said it was shipping from Japan, but I'm not a huge JDM guy, so I have no way of identifying it.

Up until I saw it on the website, I assumed it came with the steering wheel. I have no clue, but I do wonder if maybe it is one they offer for it. The guy originally selling them on the other forum had a wood grain one, and a white one. Both had that horn button.

You can get these from a guy by the name of Pink Godzirra on the other site. And Ive never seen a Nardi that looks like that, only the spokes are somewhat similar.
