Can you hook up an IPOD to an 03-04 M45?

I just traded my 03 ACURA TL type-S for a 03 M45 yesterday. I love that I'm back to Infiniti! I had a 2000 Q45t before the ACURA. I drove my Q until it had 203,000 MILES on it. My ACURA was a bit fragile for my taste. It was a great car, but not quite an Infiniti.

Anyway, I can't seem to find out any info on an adapter for an IPOD for our cars. I had a Blitzsafe IPOD adapter that I installed in the TL. There's one thing that I miss from my last car.

Also the M that I bought does not have navi installed. I was wondering if anyone had installed an aftermarket navi system and used the existing screen or mounted the screen where the useless tapeplayer is. Any feedback would be great. Thanks ahead of time!
