I'm looking for the thread that had the really old pictures that were recently processed into color. They showed the everyday life of the people.

The photographer used some sort of multi-filter setup to allow the colors to be captured.

Answering an unreplied to post..... I actually don't know what thread you are referring to but it sounds like something I would be interested in seeing too so here is a bump

You aren't by chance talking about the Russian photographer who took a lot of pictures of that country with a multi-filter setup, are you? I remember seeing that in a thread here, but I couldn't find it. Here is the link to pictures anyway,
