can you convert an automatic to a manual transmission?

So you are saying that the auto and manual models had totally different body tooling and cant be converted or are you flipping me ****?-thanks for your help with my question

Maybe "search" is broken again or you didn't search hard enough. Bart's walk through on the AT-> MT conversion is pretty well known around here. Not only that but every week it seems like we get one of these kinds of posts and it always ends up back to his thread. Take it in stride, no need to blow an o-ring eh (as I'm under the impression that you were copping an attitude Bart, the man, if you weren't sorry but comes off like that yanno?)

if you search and type in "auto to manual" i got 69 results in just the thread titles, but if you only use mt and at, it wont search since they are too short.
