Running a top engine cleaner through a main vacuum line should help (if not entirely) clear up those types of problems... It'll clean out the carbon deposits and other nasty stuff that accumulates, and blow it out the exhaust.
Most shops that deal with preventative maintenence should have a service like that available...fuel injection cleaning. I know the one at Jiffy Lube costs $59.99...just for reference.
