honestly i think they are all comparable in some ways. i used to get the 44k for free from my dealership and have used it many times. i never honestly noticed a difference of any kind. the only things i did notcie after a while is that my gas gauge has gotten worse and i think my fuel pump is starting to go, but i cant say its because i used 44k. i think its great preventative maintenance item though

The stuff you see at the local auto stores under the Chevron Techron additive label, contains the same ingredients. However, these are not as concentrated as the BG44K. In fact, a lot less concentrated, and thus, not as good.

Supposedly, the product that Nissan/Infiniti sells at their dealerships is comparable to BG44K (according to a Service Writer who was a Nissan tech for a number of years), but I have not been able to verify this.
