Ya know...I try to be a nice guy be apparently some people just like bringing out the beast in me. I'm getting off of work at Papa Johns and come around the corner where my car is parked and I see one of my ex's hop into a car and haul ***. I walk around my car to see what the hell she was doing and she CARVED her name into my door down to the metal....WTF?! I'm getting married in a few months and I haven't seen her in a year. I went online and ordered a set of vinyls to cover the damage but I'm just frothing at the mouth mad...anyone know a good way to hide a body??

Chicks are crazy! Call the cops. Even if you can't prove she did it there's got to be enough circumstantial evidence for the cops to visit her...preferably her workplace.

Congrats on the wedding.

No joke... call the cops, have her arrested, then make her pay for a complete repaint of your car.

She left plenty of evidence. Cops generally won't do anything, but with her name being the evidence, that should be enough.

Well I called the sheriffs department and they came out to take a look at it. They told me the most they could do is write her a sitation for criminal mischief and fine her for it but other then that there isn't anything they can do. When I asked them if I could sue they said there is no judge that would stand for it in his courtroom here. I hate southern Louisiana >.<!!!!!!

What the hell?> That's complete BS. She ruined the paint on your car. To repair it properly, it could cost well over $1000. That's vandalism and if you can prove it was her that did it, every court in the world would award you a judgment to have her repay you for the damage done.

Ya know now that I think of it there is a camera that monitors our parking lot...maybe if I could get that tape from my DM and present it to an attorney...hmmm.

This is why I am moving back to phoenix.

You won't get the criminal charge to stick, but since you actually saw her acting suspicious around your vehicle and then it had her name on it, well that is enough to for the judge. You see in civil court you don't have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that this person did it. Civil court is much easier to win at.

Now had you not seen her, and the name was left that's one thing but the fact that you saw her around your car should be enough especially since it's her name.

As for motive... Maybe she knows you're getting married? Take her *** to court! I bet you win! Also be sure to have 3 estimates when you go. *preferably 3 high end estimates* Max you can get is 5,000.00 goodluck.

Certain kinds of industrial acid will also work. Lye works in a pinch. Use lots of bleach if you need to stash her somewhere for a while. Okay, this thread officially got very weird...

I agree with squonk. Go talk to a lawyer and take her to civil court and sue her for the damages. Had a friend do the same while in college (his car was keyed up and down both sides and tires slashed by his ex and her new boyfriend...was caught on parking lot camera and he was awarded around $4000. Do it and show that *****. Oh yeah...congrats on your wedding.

lmao....

anyways, my Ex has been doing something similar, except not quite the same...

Someone has been smashing her and her bf's windshields / vehicles, whatever, except they are blaming me for it, and I am not sure why. I can't pinpoint which one of them is doing it, but the Police have called and asked me about it and each time they say there's no evidence, but all the two can present is "motive," which just isn't enough. I have had alibis for the majority of the incidents but they "keep happening" and they keep reporting it saying it's me. kind of funny, especially since I don't care about the girl and I have one now who is 1000x better (nice job, house of her own, etc..)

I just think it's funny they keep trying to blame me, but I am getting tired of the slander.
