You won't be drilling new holes in the factory bar, but to stiffen the front bar is pretty simple...
First, urethane bushings on frame mounts and endlinks.
If that's not enough, you can shorten the endlinks. This is done by using shorter sleeves and bolts.
I did my Q that way. Also, if you're running a rear bar, softening the rear bar effectively increases the effectiveness of the front bar (basic explanation).
If you DON'T have a rear bar, adding one is a nice upgrade. If you DO have a rear bar, upgrading to the Active suspension rear bar is yet another upgrade.
