Can this work with the HUD cluster?

Becuase my car still has it's rev limiter and kicks out at 190 kph i dont know if this would work, The max speed readout on the HUD cluster is 199 KPH but i can switch my speed readout from KPH to MPH now if i got my speed limiter taken out wiht a HKS SLD (speed limit defencer) and switched it to MPH could it read 199 MPH or would it stop at 115 mph?

it would stop at 115mph the speed cutoff is in the ecu

Thats not what i was asking, i was asking if the HUD will stop at 115 mph even if my car can go faster.

i heard it only goes to like 120 or so once I get some tires im going to disable my speed limiter and see what happens
