Can this tire size fit my 240sx?

I bought a set of 350z wheels. they are 17x7 and 17x8 the 7 inch ones have 225 50 17 tires and the 8 inch wide rear wheels have 235 50 17. the tires have a lot of good tread on them and im wondering if they would work on my 240sx.

Those sidewalls were intended for 350z's and g35's. Get at most 45 sidewall instead. The OD is too large for 240s, it'll mess with your speedometer and add more stress to your engine.

thanks. one more question. i also have a pair of 215 45 17 will these be okay to go on the 7 inch 350z wheels? im sure its possible but i just need somone to agree. thanks again

I thought 350z wheels were 18"? put up some pics lets see what these 17s look like!Man I'm in huntsville too. Look for an old MK3 supra or a white pignose coupe and wave at me lol.
