Never bothered to give a dang about our 2019 Rogue since I despise this vehicle, but I just noticed few things regarding the weather stripping.

1. The weather stripping where the door meets the cabin, there is a rip at the bottom. This is visible on all 4 doors. Never recalled seeing this on my 2016.
2. The weather stripping where the liftgate latches to the body is coming off from the vehicle.

The one on the back door is just the bulge where the strip is bonded together. Somebody installed it a bit off-center (it's supposed to line up with the hasp), but it's normal. The door gaskets aren't bonded that way, the ends are just butted together underneath the kick plate, so that's normal too.

PS - None of those gaskets have changed since '14. You probably just didn't notice it on your '16 because that car didn't piss you off. ;)

Actually that one did piss me off a bit, but not as bad as this 19 :rotflmao

I just never seen it even though I constantly looked at that area when I was doing my interior detailing.

So ig its a common thing on Nissan's. Is there any way I can make this not look like its been ripped or broken?

Well, the one is squashed a little bit which makes it look like a rip and not a butted end. Those gaskets just pull off the body flange if you pop the sill trim (the trims just pull loose if you pry up the outer edge and pull upward). Just lift the gasket and neaten-up the butt (you can stretch the gasket slightly if needed).
