Hey there everyone, I am looking to build my turbo kit on a very strict budget and while I know the ever popular "you get what you pay for" saying, I found something that I thought might be useable as a cheaper alternative to a metal shop working my intercooler pipes. Here is the link:

I just saw this product in Summit and wanted to know whether or not it would hold let's say 12 PSI at the max. I figured that with such high temp ratings and being made of metal that it may indeed hold, but I need confirmation before I go about ordering this stuff. Thanks again.

I did my piping by going to the muffler shop, and having them make different bends for me, and using radiator hose. I say this cost me max 80-100 bucks

So AN89Hatch you used Radiator Hose, please explain. I was going to use exhaust pipe if this flex pipe wasn't an option, but I want to know more about this radiator hose deal.

im planning on running some rad hose too. im not gonna be boosting very much so i think it will hold up fine. it might be tough to find it in more than 2" diameter. for the long straight section of cold pipe im just gonna try 2" pvc painted black.

PVC pipe works great, it holds up to 200psi, my friend works with it everyday for a living. My piping held up for a drift day and I haven't poped a hose for about a month now boosting 7psi. PVC pipe doesn't work great with heat though. Just don't use pvc pipe coming of the compressor, instead I used 2in copper piping and sodered it together. Hope this helps. Nick
