Can this air filter be cleaned..??

Ive got this apexi air filter that is specifically designed to bolt directly up to the 300zx maf sensor...

Can this be cleaned with the K&N cleaning solution..??

I'm guessing by this statement I quoted from the link you provided that they are not designed to be cleaned. They are more likely designed to be disposed of.
