Can the shift points/detents in a sr transmission be tightened?

Mine kinda wants to pop out of 4th, could this be due to to much transmission fluid? I know on hondas you can strech the spring that pushes the check ball against the detents to make it lock is gear harder, how about the sr20det transmission? Thanks guys

maybe replace the bushings? i don't know anything else

This is usually a sign of a worn out transmission. I think the last one that did this to me it was actually the syncro. I don't know of any way to rig it either.
