Can the Nissan Consult connect to the TCS CU on a '90-'93 Q?

Sorry for the crappy title but I am not allowed post a longer topic.

Answering this with a Yes will make my day, what ever is left of it.

Can the Nissan Consult one or two connect to the Traction Control System Control Unit (TCS CU)?

If so I have great new for the people with TCS!!!

I am pretty sure I found the answerer to be NO unless my crappy, half a** put together, over priced, non supported piece of trash and waste of time Emance Consult Cable is wrong. I hope for the latter.
