Can the KA24E Engine Wiring Harness be used to run a KA24DE

Information on the naturally-aspirated KA24E and KA24DE engines.

Okay i searched and searched and searched again, and im having a hell of a time finding an answer to my question, I have a 89 Coupe SE with a KA24E SOHC thats blown and i want to do a swap with a KA24DE DOHC but the guy that i bought the DOHC KA from f***ed up the wiring harness REALLY bad i am trying to figure out if i can just pull the SOHC out and put in the DOHC and use the SOHC wiring harness, if anyone could help me i would really appreciate it Thanks!

From what I know, you need the KA24DE harness to do the swap.

yes you need the dual cam harness

AY AY, i we can help each other here. i have a DE ecu and harnns. that came out of my 40, but same thing happen to me. i have a E in there now. and i need the ecu and harness. how about a trade. ? u win i win.
