there is one bolt that locks it located behind the pulley, turn the pulley with a screwdriver until you can get the locking nut undone. After that, there is another screw you turn to make the tensioner slide down towards the engine. The belt should come off once you do this.
If you have loosesned both of these,tap the pulley with a hammer to loosen it up. Good luck - They didn't carry the correct belt for me at autozone or napa, I had to order a new one from a nissan online parts store. The napa/autozone ones were about 1" too short and wouldn't go on.
