Can't remove the nose panel

Hi, i can't seem to remove my nose panel from my Z.. I know to remove the 2 bolts, lift up a bit and pull toward the back of the car but it won't budge..... It lifts up about an inch and as i try to pull it towards the rear of the Z, it doesnt move. I tried forcing it but w/ alittle more force, ill break it.. Is their some kind of a secret latch or screws thats hiding somewhere.. please need your help. I just bought the car and i know my filters are nasty right now

There's another four underneath the panel that you missed. They attach to the top of the bumper.
