can't remove my headlights.

i was trying to take out my headlights and i can't get to the bottom screws to unscrew them. how can i get to those bottom screws? do i have to remove the bumper?

Manually adjust the motors so that the headlights raise some. Just pop off the caps, they are to the inside of the motors and turn them. Make sure you do it when the lights are down though, or the motors will automatically re- adjust.
