Can't Log in?

Some of you MAY have issues with your account. YOU WILL MOST LIKELY NEED TO RESET YOUR PASSWORD! Your username MAY not work if you have characters (not letters or numbers) that aren't allowed in this forum software. You may need to fix your avatar. Your location might be missing. We'll do our best to help you get it fixed / changed if you email [email protected] - BE PATIENT, since there's gonna be a LOT of these!

If you know your user name doesn't have characters and strictly letters and numbers follow these steps:

Click on Login in the blue box on the right top of the page or click post reply on either top or bottom of any thread.

Click on "I forgot my password"

Type in and submit your Username and Email

You will get an email with a link and password.

Click link to activate the password.

Go to the login screen again and type in your Username and NEW password

Go to your "User profile" and change your password.

We changed the website generated email back to [email protected], so if you can't find it in your spam filter, reset it again, and you should get an email from [email protected] instead now.

If you notice you are not getting your email, the quote states a possible reason why you are not getting it.

PASSWORDS ARE CASE SENSITIVE!

You MUST click on the link in the e-mail you receive with your password in order to activate it. If you do not click the link, you can not log in.

If you are still having login problems and your username contains a special character such as an !, you will have to have your username changed before you can log in.

The new software does not support some special characters.

If this is the case, please email an admin to have your username changed.

Please indicate your preference on new name in your email. Please check your spam filter first though.
