Can't get past 4500 rpm

I have 04' 1.8 sentra AT and I can't get past the 4500 rpm range.. any ideas why?

no the car is completley bone stock, I guess I'll just have to take it in to the dealership.

does it shutter when u get up in that range? any power loss anywhere else like stereo gauges anything electronic?

Check the rest of the exhaust system as well. May be a partially blocked or collapsed exhaust pipe.

If your CEL is on it could be your TPS sensor. Mine wnet bad in my 04 and I could pust the pedal to the floor and it wouldnt go above 1000.
