I was doing seafoam treatment. Stupid me didn't realize how strong the sucking power of the hose on the brake boaster. It ripped my latex glove, center part of my thumb about 1cm circumference, right off. Now I'm paranoid cuz it's in my engine. Any thought or just forget about it?

I was trying to clean the MAF while waiting for the seafoam to work so I unplugged the harness. Now it won't stay on so I used zip-ties. Put everything back together and took it for a drive. The car won't make it beyond 2200. It idles fine and drives fine. I tried to do it with the MAF unplug and it's the same thing. The car is 96' 240sx

Disconnect your connector again and make sure the rubber seal is where its supposed to be and not jammed in between the terminals of the connector.

When you clean a MAF, you need to take it out of the car, spray it down with MAF cleaner, and let it dry for a few hours

If you cleaned it in the car, and plugged it in, it could be fried... its VERY FRAGILE
