Can't get balljoint nut off Infiniti g35 front lower control arm

I'm trying to install a front lower control arm and the lower ball joint the nut is turning with the stud, and I was wondering what is the best way to remove/cut it or is there another trick?

Removal and Installation
AES000TM
REMOVAL
1. Remove tire with power tool.
2. Remove undercover with power tool.
3. Remove shock absorber. Refer to
FSU-10, "
COIL SPRING AND SHOCK ABSORBER
"

4. Remove cotter pin of upper link ball joint, then loosen mounting nut.
5. Use a ball joint remover (suitable tool) to remove upper link from steering knuckle. Be careful not to dam-
age ball joint boot.
CAUTION:
Tighten temporarily mounting nut to prevent damage to threads and to prevent ball joint remover
(suitable tool) from coming off.
6. Remove bolts holding upper link to body with power tool.
7. Remove upper link from vehicle.
