Put the 90 Q back together. And running into big issues. I think the iac valve is chirping. But might be a vacuum leak too in the same area since I can get an rpm change when I spray some Carb cleaner in the vicinity. All hoses are connected.
And all hoses are new. Plenum gaskets are new.

Also when I went for a test drive .... it will not go above 3000 rpm. When I floor it, the cars rpm will bounce between 2700 and 3000. Think that the car is in limp mode after changing all the harnesses in the bay.

Ideas?

I see that it is the crank angel sensor based upon the ECU code 11.

Anyone know where I should be looking in the engine bay?

Well I am an idiot.... Located on the Drivers side front of the engine, in directly below the MAF...

I cleaned the pins, bent them in slightly to really get a good connection, added dielectric grease. Been 20 minutes and no codes thrown so far.

Hopefully this fixes it.
