Can't focus through front window!

Just like the topic title says. I can't see jack through my window. I just bought this s13 and thought maybe the windows where dirty so i just cleaned them. after doing the inside and out things still look blurred through the window any ideas? maybe from the car sitting outside in the same spot for like 8 months in Florida? maybe i need to really scrub the windows with like a nylon brush i have no clue. Any help is APPRECIATED, Thanks all!

more than likely the glass is pitted, you can either try a glass buffing kit or replace the windshield.
