I'm trying to find a normal upper control arm for front right/passenger side (my car is stock idk anything about modding it so I don't want any crazy adjustable aftermarket parts) for my 2012 M37X

I know I can use Q70 upper control arms but I can't find any for under $300, can I use G37 or Q50 control arms on my 2012 M37?

Is the left side upper control arm interchangeable with the right side bc I've found the left side for sale for less than $100.
