Why is it so hard to find cheap first gen 240's?

Is it just not car buying season or what's the deal?

life's a bit.ch...actually i would say it is 240 buying season, b/c everyone trades their RWD in for FWD.

Well, you have to take into account there aren't THAT many 240SXs. There are tons more civics sold in 1 year than 240s were every created. : )

yea, you got a lot of choices on the east coast. i plan to move to new york when i'm ready to have a real job. i hope i'm not intimidated going from nebraska to wyoming to new york. the only big cities i've been to are dallas and miami, and that was 5+ years ago.

Prepare to be intimidated. I live 15 mins from NYC. Transportation there is like a maze. Its a great city though, I've been to others, and its definitly the best.

Looked at it...it's got 125,000 miles, and it's an auto.... so I didn't even look any further at price or whatnot. Sorry.

I know a guy that's selling it for less than 2500. It's a 92, black, no rust. Motor runs, but who cares, swapping it out anyways right? Shocks are dead though, but you don't want to have a 4x4 anyways right? Let me know if you're interested

Ive got one- 90 hatch, about 6k on rebuild, needs minor body work. interior (aside from drivers seat) is good. and its a 5 spd. Make me an offer.

I'm in Springfield Missouri, I'm gonna get one soon, i just have to wait for scollarship $$ to come through so it will be after the first of the year b4 i can go ahead and buy, but i may have found one here locally. however... if it doesn't work out i will be throwin out offers left and right!!!

OH and i know its a reach but i'm tryin not to spend much more than a grand, I know it will be hard and if i have to spend more i will but, ive seen them go for that in the past so i'm gonna give it a try...

only thing i found on autotrader was a 92 convertable.

the 89 FB for sale here in town keeps looking more and more tempting even as much as i want a coupe
