can't find my IAA screw!(searched 1st)

hello everyone ,i am still puzzled even after researching i found the iaa,under the intake manifold but i am lost, i know in the search they say it has adjustment screw,do i need to remove the iaa to get to it.any insight would be a real help my idle is around 1000 rpms and i'm failing HC also could this just be a trottle cable problem?

disregard that ,i really need to fork out for a sevice manual, if the screw was a snake it would have bit me! thanks for this great website!
