before i found my current ca i was talking with venus auto in cali. they have a shipment coming in on dec 15. they sell the complete change over for 1200 dollars. i've heard mixed feeling about them though. so you would be tkaing a chance just like any importer. i would try them first though at http://www.venus-auto.com they have been teh cheapest. if you want a nice motor set get ahold of dauntless on this board. he has a few coming in january from what i remember. i think his prices were like 1800 but he seems like a extremely cool person and i wouldnt doubt he would have a bad engine. either place. as far as it dropping in your correct. its a 100 percent bolt in affair.

I've got a motor that I may be selling in about a week, allong with the intercooler. The motor is fully built and has a 9,000rpm redline.

$3,000 takes the motor, tranny, ECU, modified harness (to fit a 240) all the modified water lines, and the intercooler (it's larger than the Greddy type R IC and has all mandrel bent pipes that fit with the stock battery in place) also includes the HKS BOV.

Man, i wish i had 3000 grand laying around becuase im lazy and dont enjoying spending $6k and a ton of hours of labor to build something my self, that i can just buy for 3k.... but i don't have it.Unless you wanna take a payment option! ahaaha, layway kicks ***. Mr2 thanks for the info, ill check them out. So does the harness still have to be F'ed with to work? I'd imagine so... if so, is it a big pain like the SR harness, can you buy pre fabbed ones?

It's fully built bored to a 1.9L, pistons, preped rods and crank, mild port job on the intake, bigger throttlebody (custom made), Greddy 1.6mm headgasket, HKS camgears, CA18DE cams, custom ECU, 750cc injectors, all new nuts and bolts, new oil pump, new water pump, 6 puck clutch, lightened flywheel, short shifter, and the Spearco intercooler and HKS BOV.

If you don't want the FMIC I'll sell just the motor, tranny, ECU, harness, ect. for $2300 If anybody's interested my cell is (260) 804 2022

the name dosn't ring a bell, but what's he drive? I might know him.

I used to autocross with the NEISCC (North East Indiana Sports Car Club) but other than that I don't know a lot of car people up there that I didn't go to school with.

I used to ride, lately I've been too dirt poor to even have gas money to drive to the shop and look at bikes.
