hi, this is my third ka24de build for my 93 coupe. i have run into a problem this time around though. the last two times i did not need to replace my bearings but this time i decided to have the crankshaft machined and got over sized bearings. i went was told by the machine shop i needed to go 10 over. well i ordered the bearings at the same time he crankshaft was being worked on. however, after i got everything back from the machine shop and started double checking with plastigauge...i realized i might need to get thicker bearings. i am closer to the .076mm then the recommended clearance. :/ btw...yes i torqued the girdle to 41ftlbs and in sequence and this is just the main caps. here is some pictures.... am i being stupid and is this within tolerance or any recommendations/suggestions like getting the 20 over bearing kit maybe?
anything will help. thanks!

I'd try to get close to the standard tolerance as much as possible.

thanks for the input. i also agree. even though i have pretty much the long block assembled at this point, i ordered some 20 over or .5 bearings and am going to see if this helps get it to the standard. there is no point going this far and then messing up the entire engine build over 50 dollars worth of bearings.
