Can't adjust headlights?

Apparently the headlights on my car do not have the option to adjust them up or down and I don't have auto leveling?
Is this true? or is the dealership I go to just not the brightest?

They said it's only an option in some M56X cars. Not all of them.

This car does not have a left/right adjustment, but it DOES have an up/down adjustment.

I may be wrong, but I don't think auto leveling is a thing on these cars. My car is pretty loaded and I don't have it.

According to the service manual, you must perform a "Levelizer adjustment" for the headlights when installing, removing, and replacing the height sensor and the suspension components, but you need a CONSULT device to do it.

and there apparently is a height sensor that can also go bad as well...
